    Data Collection

If I am honest, I am not completely sure that I will use data surveys in the classes that I teach. Although, I do want to teach AP Literature and Language at the 11th and 12th-grade levels. I do believe that if I were to use a data survey it would be in regard to my classroom management style or keeping tabs on where the students are. For instance, I would design a data collection survey that allows the students to respond freely and anonymously about what they think the class does well and where it can be strengthened. I guess I could also have them due a literature data collection themselves, such as a project designed to see what the average person reads. But, I do believe that if I were to use data collection it would be to gauge how the students feel that the class is structured.

    My Peers' Blogs

I found the distance learning blogs to be the most interesting this semester! I know that it was published last week, but seeing how everyone had to cope or deal with online learning sparked my interest in me. It was nice to see that I wasn't the only student struggling to adapt to the online curriculum. I also found the website design discussions to be fascinating! I loved looking at everyone's websites and reading about what went right and what went wrong.

        What's Next For My Technology?

Ideally, I would like to learn more about Excel and programs like that to develop professional skills. I think that Assignment 6 made me realize how much Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are used within the professional atmosphere, which I desire to learn more about. I want to be prepared when I enter the workforce as either a teacher or editor! I think to complete these goals, I am going to research YouTube videos and blogs that can help me learn them. In addition, I want to take a course offered by either a university or online program to help me learn these technology-based programs!
